  • The survey will be carried out by a Chartered Building Surveyor (either MRICS or FRICS). Both of our surveyors have at least thirty years of building industry technical knowledge.

  • We are RICS Regulated Chartered Building Surveyors who have in-depth technical knowledge, defect diagnosis and building pathology experience.

  • We do not use unqualified surveyors, surveyors who are not affiliated to the RICS, AssocRICS surveyors nor any other type of Chartered Surveyor. 

  • We do not state that we are "local" when in reality we are based in another city.

  • The surveys that we offer are our own independent surveys.

  • Our surveys include photographs and detail remedial actions to defects (most Homebuyer’s Reports and a lot of competitor's independent and RICS licensed Building Surveys do not).

  • Agreed fees are not subject to VAT or additional disbursements.

  • Where agreed within the fees, we will call you after the survey to discuss our findings and we are available to discuss the survey at later stages should the need arise. 

  • We are independent of all estate agencies, letting agencies and lenders so that we offer an unbiased survey which gives you a clear understanding of the property.

  • Reports are emailed in pdf format which allows you to keep multiple copies and forward to your solicitor for their actions.
