Warren, apologies for the delay in responding. Whilst I have yet to go through your report in detail I am impressed with the detail upon which you have reported, which together with the photographic evidence, is proving most useful. This certainly clarifies a number of the points you raised in your comprehensive verbal report and has given us food for further consideration.

true old fashioned service, excellent detailed report, the cost of the report is negligible compared to all the other costs involved in house moving, in fact due to the report I reduced the purchase price by a further £1000, take my advice and have a full survey. Brian, Wolverhampton.

I inquired about a homebuyer survey but Warren and other surveyors indicated the property I was buying was more suited to a building survey. Warren's survey was excellent and the service I received from him was beyond expected. I have already passed his name onto my sister who is using his company at the moment. We found the full building survey to be a very competitive price and the survey produced was extremely precise with pictures of any queries on property etc., not just a Homebuyer's Report survey but a full property survey. I would recommend anyone buying to have this full survey done and it does not cost that much more. If you do not have survey done and a problem occurs in the future after your purchase the insurance company may say it could be a pre-existing condition and would have been picked up on a full house survey.
