This is our most comprehensive report and although the inspection is the same as the MPS Home Survey, the report that you receive is more detailed and a different format.
This report has an introductory page that comments upon property specific details such as tenure, description, accommodation, outbuildings and parking, approximate age, orientation, location and amenities, roads and footpaths.
It also has a section commenting upon grounds and boundaries and a final section for further photographs.
The final difference is that the Building Survey has "actions" after each section which are transferred to the conclusion. These can assist you in compiling the issues and assessing the overall implication of the findings.
